These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it, operated by Shelley Creations LLC ("Shelley Creations," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

Shelley Creations sells digital, downloadable crochet and quilt pattern PDFs. Every pattern is priced and sold individually as a one-time purchase. We do not offer or bill any subscription, membership, or recurring plan on this site — you are charged once, for the specific pattern(s) you buy, and nothing more.

2. Delivery

All products are digital. Nothing is physically shipped. Your pattern is available to download immediately after your payment is confirmed. If you don't receive access within a few minutes, please contact us at support@shelleycreations.com and we'll sort it out.

3. Licence & permitted use

When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal and commercial use licence for items you make from it. This means:

• You may make and sell finished items (e.g. at markets, on Etsy, or elsewhere) using the pattern, with no additional fee or royalty owed to us.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the pattern file itself, in whole or in part, in any format.
• You may not claim authorship of the pattern design itself.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by a third-party payment processor at the time of purchase; we do not store your full card details. Charges from Shelley Creations will appear on your statement as SHELLEY CREATIONS.

6. Intellectual property

All pattern designs, photography, and site content are the property of Shelley Creations LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a pattern grants you the licence described in Section 3 — it does not transfer ownership of the design itself.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
