Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made from Shelley Creations LLC ("Shelley Creations," "we," "us," or "our").

Because every pattern is a digital product delivered instantly, and there's no way for us to "return" a file once it's been downloaded, purchases are generally final. That said, we'd always rather make things right than have you left unhappy or dispute a charge with your bank — please reach out first.

1. When a refund is available

We will issue a refund if:

You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
You were charged but never received access to the pattern due to a technical issue on our end
The pattern file itself is significantly incomplete, corrupted, or doesn't match its listing

2. How to request a refund

Contact us at support@shelleycreations.com within 14 days of your purchase, with your order confirmation or the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. No subscription to cancel

Shelley Creations does not run a subscription or membership on this site. Every charge is a one-time purchase for the specific pattern(s) you selected — there is no recurring billing to cancel.
