This policy covers refunds and cancellation for Shelley Creations.
The short version: individual patterns are digital and delivered instantly, so they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. The Shelley Club can be cancelled any time, in one step, with no fee — and cancelling stops all future charges.
Because the PDF is delivered instantly and can be kept permanently, one-time pattern purchases are generally final. If the file will not download, is corrupted, or is not what the page described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Cancel at any time — there is no fee, no minimum term and no retention process:

Refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 3–5 business days.
Charges show as SHELLEY CREATIONS. If you don't recognise one, call (417) 243-9624 — we answer within 48 hours and can almost always resolve it the same day, which a chargeback cannot.
