Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Shelley Creations products are delivered to customers.

What you receive

Your membership provides online access to the Shelley Creations pattern library, consisting of:

• 1,000+ crochet and quilt patterns, each as a downloadable, print-ready PDF file
• A beginner's crochet starter guide (PDF)
• New patterns added on an ongoing basis throughout your membership

When you receive it

Immediately. Access is granted automatically as soon as your payment is successfully processed — typically within seconds. There is no waiting period, no manual fulfilment step, and no delivery window.

How you receive it

• On successful payment you are redirected straight to your member area
• A confirmation email is sent to the address you provided, containing your login details and a receipt
• You can log in from any device — desktop, tablet, or phone
• Patterns are downloaded directly from the member area as PDF files

If you do not receive access

If you have paid but cannot access the library, please check your spam or promotions folder first — automated emails occasionally land there. If you still cannot get in, contact us or call (412) 896-0901. We will restore your access, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full.

Downloaded files are yours

PDF files you download during an active membership remain yours to keep and use under the terms of your commercial use licence, even after you cancel. We do not revoke or remotely delete files you have already downloaded.

Geographic availability

Shelley Creations is available worldwide. All patterns are written in English, with metric and imperial measurements and international yarn weight equivalents noted where relevant. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
