Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shelley Creations pattern membership, operated by Shelley J Ferguson DBA Shelley Creations ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a membership or trial, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership and billing

Shelley Creations offers a recurring digital pattern membership. When you start a trial, you agree to the following:

• Your 3-day trial begins immediately upon payment of $3.50
• After 3 days, your membership automatically renews at $29.00/month unless cancelled
• You will receive an email notification before your first full charge
• Billing is handled securely by Whop, Inc. on our behalf
• Membership continues month-to-month until you cancel

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancelling. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Digital content and access

Upon joining, you receive access to a library of digital crochet and quilt patterns ("Content"). You may:

• Download and print patterns for personal use
• Sell finished handmade items created from our patterns (commercial use licence included)

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the pattern files themselves
• Upload our patterns to any other platform or marketplace
• Claim authorship of our original designs

Pattern files you have downloaded prior to cancellation remain yours to keep.

4. Intellectual property

All patterns, designs, and content in the Shelley Creations library are the intellectual property of Shelley J Ferguson DBA Shelley Creations. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content as described above.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the pattern library available at all times. We reserve the right to add, remove, or update patterns in the library at any time. Removal of individual patterns does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Disclaimers

Our patterns are provided for informational and creative purposes. Results may vary depending on your materials, skill level, and technique. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes from following our patterns.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shelley J Ferguson DBA Shelley Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our membership or content.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of your membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active members of material changes via email.
