Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all memberships and trial purchases made through Shelley Creations, operated by Shelley J Ferguson DBA Shelley Creations.

Trial charges ($3.50)

The $3.50 introductory trial charge grants you 3 days of full membership access beginning immediately upon payment. Because digital access is granted instantly, the trial fee is non-refundable once access has been provided.

If you did not intend to purchase and have not accessed any content, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review your request.

Monthly membership charges ($29.00/month)

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel your membership:

• Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• No partial-month refunds are issued

Exceptions we will consider

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• You were charged after cancelling and have confirmation of your cancellation
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
• You were charged but were unable to access the membership due to a technical issue on our end that we could not resolve

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all support requests within 48 hours and are committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your membership being permanently suspended.
